Bartosz Uniejewski, a PhD student from our Department, received the 1st prize and $2000 in the competition for the Best Student Presentation at the International Symposium on Forecasting (ISF 2022), which has taken place in Oxford. Bartosz presented the paper entitled “Smoothing Quantile Regression Averaging for probabilistic electricity price forecasting“. In the photo with Jonathan Berrisch, winner of the 3rd prize.
