Maria Hajłasz, a PhD student from our Department, received one of three WSC Diversity Awards sponsored by the INFORMS Simulation Society. Laureates have their Winter Simulation Conference (WSC) registration fees refunded. At the WSC 2022 conference in Singapore Maria presented the paper entitled “Simulation model for planning dental carries prevention at the regional level” written jointly with her supervisor Bożena Mielczarek.
