Weronika Nitka, a PhD student from our Department, received one of three Best Youngster Presentation awards at the International Conference on Computational Finance (ICCF 2022), which has just ended in Wuppertal. Weronika presented the paper entitled “Calibration window selection based on change–point detection for forecasting electricity prices“. She has also received the Jackstädt Travel Grant to attend this conference.
